| PROFESSIONAL FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE, INC. Franchise Information
|
Description of Operation: The Pro Flag Football League is the first professional flag football league in the World.
We offer the amateur flag football athlete the chance to play against former top college and pro football players in a professional environment and on stadium fields.
We offer franchise owners the chance to own a professional sports team with great potential at a fraction of the cost of most pro teams.
Our goal is to develop successful team franchise owners. If you would like to be one, call 1-919-894-1783.
The Game: Nine-Man Lineman Ineligible. The concept is one city, one team, playing with a full 60 minute regulation clock in a style of football that is as close to real football that you can get. And yes, players are paid.
Number of Franchised Teams: 10 (New York, Cleveland, Raleigh, Buffalo, Toledo, Dayton, Columbus, Fort Wayne, Charleston,). Additional applications are being processed. Team applications are on a first come - first processed basis.
Projected Teams and Divisions - Below is a sample list of projected divisions and cities. Cities are subject to change and divisions may be realigned. Currently the Ohio Valley Division is complete and operational (Cleveland, Buffalo, Columbus, Fort Wayne, Dayton, Toledo). You may suggest a division with included cities. Remember, only one team per city and cities must have distinct metropolitan area. Generally, a franchise area is a minimum of 25 mile radius. Each team negotiates with the league on the size of their franchise area. Cities must be within 350 miles of each other or a maximum travel time by car of 6 hours.
