The Baltimore Cowboys earned a trip to Canton and the Pro Flag Bowl Championship Game by being the only team to defeat Cleveland Gibbs in the regular season. The won a close two point game over the Metro Chiefs in the semi-finals and lost by a score to Gibbs in the championship game.
Baltimore features a strong offense under the leadership of former Virginia QB Shawn Moore and Maryland QB Bryan Cummings.
